TE Cooled Laser Module with an elliptical output beam

The 300-0600-00 series of thermo-electrically cooled, (TEC), blue-violet, red and infrared wavelength laser diode modules offers exceptional wavelength and power stability, (better than 1%), good pointing accuracy and significantly increased laser diode lifetime.

Designed for applications demanding consistency and repeatability such as machine vision, alignment, industrial inspection, high-resolution printing, biomedical instrumentation, spectroscopy, microscopy and genomics, these TEC laser modules are compact, versatile and highly cost effective.

NOTE: We can fit almost any laser diode in a 9mm or 5.6mm package into our TEC laser modules. If you need a wavelength or power that we do not offer as standard, please contact our sales department to discuss your requirements.
